Bayer Agrees to Settlements for Yaz Gallbladder Lawsuits
In a case management order issued on March 19, 2013, Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals agreed to set aside $24 million in funds for Yaz and Yasmin lawsuit plaintiffs who sustained gallbladder injuries.
