In a recently released ruling, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) moved to consolidate all federal GranuFlo lawsuits into a multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceeding. Bayer Agrees to Settlements for Yaz Gallbladder Lawsuits

In a case management order issued on March 19, 2013, Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals agreed to set aside $24 million in funds for Yaz and Yasmin lawsuit plaintiffs who sustained gallbladder injuries.
