GranuFlo Lawsuits Centralized in Multidistrict Litigation (MDL)

In a recently released ruling, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) moved to consolidate all federal GranuFlo lawsuits into a multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceeding.
